Thanks Scott - as always I appreciate your advice. Admitedly, everytime this has happened it's been in a situation where I cannot take the time to do a lot of detailed checking of things. I do not know about the idle switch getting good contact for sure - so I guess all bets are off as you say. Still when things are dry the bus runs like a champ - would wetness effect that? I know the fuel tank has crud in it - and needs to be resealed (a job planned when winter breaks). But again when things are dry - no problems. So it's possible I guess water could be getting into the tank if it's that bad - but that maybe seems a stretch - or maybe not. I have run it without the O2 sensor - has no effect at the time. I've checked the grounds - but may have missed some - I want to replace the old ground strap. With my limited knowledge and the fact that I don't see an easy way to "recreate" the issue - it's been tough for me to figure out. -- Thanks, Jeff '85 GL (Gertie) '90 Carat (Grover - the noble parts donor) '86 (We call this one Scrap) '78 Bus (Melissa) Patty's Bus
