hey guys  what I did was cut down an allen wrench so that I didn't  have to
remove the dowel pin. first I put a drop of locktite on the end of a  screw
driver so that I couls apply it to the threads and then used the cut down
allen wrench to tighten the bolts. Has worked great so far  later   mark d
