Thanks, Dennis.  The manuals show a different procedure with the piston
already on the wrist pin.

You can use a regular ring compressor. Install the pistons into the bottom
of the cylinders leaviing the pin bore just below the cylinder wall. Then
take the assembly and install the wrist pin to the rod. Then push the
