While we're on this subject, does anyone know how to look up the specs for a
certain VW fastener?  By N #?  By ETKA?
  I'm interested in general finishes for restoration work.  Black oxide for
chassis?  Yellow Cad-plating for general body-use?  Phospate coating for
assemblies trhat will be painted?
  Inquiring minds want to know EXACT details for accurate restoration work.
German automotive, DIN or VW-related info only, please!
