Scam it may actually be, but at that price it is approaching reasonable for the rust, the low (and possbily worse)�rear tire, the patched tank cabinet and the missing driver's seat armrest.� All of these could be indicative of much worse overall condition.� Look at the corrosion in the engine photo.� When I was looking for a Westy I expected to find one much like this in that price range.
