How about the complete drive-train from a 1.6TD Transporter?

I just happen to have two of them in a container that's being delivered next
week.  Complete setups, includes the complete engine, including exhaust, the
5 speed transmission, shift linkage, shifter, all mounts and extra bits.
Heck, it even includes the air cleaner!
