This is my first deisel and vw id be happier with a turbo what im getting is
na naturally aspirated . T d is turbo diesel. And t.d.i is turbo direct
cylinder injection which is the most power and torque . Im more familiar
with gassers but have been around diesels more boost and more fuel is more
power but the placement of the injection directly  into the cylinder
improves burn rate and a fuller burn of the fuel i have built a dozen or so
motors from bikes to inline 4-6cyl and v8s
