Hi Jeff,

If you can find somebody parting out a '90 or '91 GL or Carat, most of those
came with rear 3-point belts.  I was able to get a set from a '91.

Why are you going to a three-point with the kids still in the full car
seats?  The lap belts worked for us with the full car seats.  I went to
3-point when we moved up to booster seats.
