Subject:Re: ADMINISTRIVIA [VANAGON] Friday mod discussion - language
From:John Rodgers
Date:Sun, 27 Mar 2011 13:56:55 -0500

Jim,

To respond to the subject of Friday mod discussion, I had written an
eloquent draft, but after reading your post here, decided that the
"rules" are pretty much good enough as they are with only a couple of
exceptions. I would change "no profanity" to "NO PROFANITY" and I would
allow for a bit of expansion on the Friday rule.

I would set the Listserv software to send this Vanagon List notice out
once a month. I subscribe to several other lists who also use this
Listserv software, and that is also the way they handle reminding
everyone about staying on track.

I think you, BenT, and David have done an exceptional job of being our
moderators and I for one really appreciate it.
