Hi : Dave these lights are a 12" florescent,you can use batterys or hook
them up with to 12V you can get plugs that will fit at Radio Shack for the
12V hookup. Brand is called Amerrlle Utility Lite.The stock # (I think) is
73040. I have not measured the draw from the aux battery yet so I am not
sure how much the loss is, but we had no problem useing one at a time and
playing a dvd over the stereo for four nights camping on the coast in
Jan.I got a two extra just in case of failure. If you can not find them I
could check here again.
