Actually, I found the prior owners registration in the glovebox of my '83 when I got the van in '96. I actually contacted the guy last week to ask if the transmission had ever been rebuilt as it has almost an impossible 200K on it now. He sent back a LOOONG though interesting reply. If y'all are interested I'll post it here.... Bryan
