Can someone recommend a method to clean injectors that have been removed
from the engine?  I am doing a new engine install and am moving the
complete fuel delivery hose array and injectors  to the new engine. I
mainly want to clean them up ( without removing them from the  fuel
rail) as they are in what appears to be good shape and all the fuel
hoses were replaced not to long ago.

I was thinking of using brake cleaner but I'm not sure if this will
dissolve the plastic hoses and coverings, maybe there is a better suited
solvent? I also don't want to damage or otherwise cause more problems
with them.

Any suggestions are appreciated!
