Is it a common issue? I replaced my automatic transmission fluid cooler
(with a used one) about a year and a half ago, now again I find transmission
oil in the coolant (since a few weeks) and vice versa (since a few days)!

I'm getting tired of just replacing again, something must be to be learned
and improved here!
