I'm baffled.  It's an '85 Vanagon, 1.9 system, I checked the coil, there is juice to it, have a remote starter, no spark.  Why?  It's amaizing how motherless I can get when things don't work.  I just realized, I don't even know how spark is supposed to be generated in principle.  This supposed to be simple.
