Actually I'm camping near DC at the moment.  Was just at the art museum with
my 7 year old daughter today.  3 good places to take a 5 year old would be
the air and space museum, the museum of natural history and American
history.  Natural history would be my first choice if I had a 5 year old and
only 1 day.
