  My .02:  Synthetic if you travel a lot or mislike changing dino oil
every 3,000 miles.  I'ma check yes to both.

 Living in the southeast (Atlanta) we run xW50 all year 'round.  We
haven't had any problems the few times we have had to start the bus at
below freezing temps.  And once or twice we've had to start it when it
was well below freezing.
