Just tellin' the truth pardner. I grew up with a trained monkey... I mean monkey-eating eagle. My uncle taught me the specific whistle to have this big bird come swooping down and land at your feet. It's wingspan of 3'+ carried a body that you are unlikely to support with your arm the way you would do a falcon. Best way I can described this guy is it behave like it was a dog. Swings it's head side to side opposite the direction of it's tail as it walks over to you. Offering to share some morsels it's plucked from the nearby trees. It was never pretty. It like little primates as much as mods like controversial signatures.;-) BenT sent from my electronic leash On Apr 29, 2011, at 3:17 PM, miguel pacheco <mundopacheco@gmail.com> wrote: > Ha! Here I was trying to be nice, so I didn't say anything, but I now have a pretty big knot on my forehead where it hit the keyboard! Actually, I've done a fair amount of eagle watching while rafting the Salt River in Arizona. There is a no stop, eagle zone, but just beyond it, there's still plenty of eagle presence. > Miguel > >
