My apologies to those on multiple lists as this message is going out to at least three groups.

As I finalize the transfer of the molds to my custody, I am finding that shipping them direct to a commercial mold manufacturer would be the best option to make these tops available again.

At this time, I am looking to produce ten (10) tops to get a volume discount from the manufacturer. It is not my intention to make a career of making AW tops but simply want to amortize the cost of buying the molds and transporting them. There is a plan to keep churning out more tops beyond these first ten but will likely be at a higher price. 

Pricing will depend on how many people commit to purchase and place a non refundable deposit. At the moment I am looking at about $1200 each outer shell. This is just a guesstimate until the vendor has inspected the actual molds. Let me know if you are interested in the inner shell as well. I will assist with windows if so desired or you can source yourself. If there is enough demand, I will consider putting top packages for people.

I am open to your thoughts if this a good or bad idea. I am going to take  custody of the molds whether you think this is a smart move or not.;-) Just looking to get some validation or the opposite. At worse, they will at least be in a place safe from a landfill.
