My tank of water is flushed with bleach every spring and the water tastes just fine...esp whilst mixed with Crown Royal... I try to remember to fill the sink trap with RV antifreeze to keep it all from freezing too. I use it for washing dishes. Drinking water comes in plastic jugs, and is filtered at home. That being said, I did clean the water tank on Lola when I first got her, using common household bleach. I don't think I've ever tried the water though. What did you use to fill the tank with? Standard garden hose? Those make the water taste horrible.
