Does anyone know where I can get either a receiver adapter or a towball/hook for the SA tow hitch? I bought one and did not get the hook with it. Alternatively, can anyone tell me the spacing of the holes? I'd measure them myself but the hitch is 100 miles away from where I am at the moment. TIA, BenT
