Here, fwiw (evidently not much), is what Roadhaus lists in NM.  I checked further, nothing listed anywhere "nearby" in Texas, either.  Amarillo seems closest.  you can check at Roadhaus.com, or simply back up on the page I sent you, and check Texas for the Amarillo place.  Might be somewhere in southern Colorado?
