Once again the wipers are toast, once again the fuse has blown, once
again the ol' VOM comes out.

This wiper thing has been ongoing for a while now. In the beginning, the
wipers simply would not work. After a lot of farbling a bad load
reduction relay was found. Replaced the relay, wipers worked for a
time,  then the 15 amp fuse blew. Replaced that, and for a short time
the wipers worked again. Yesterday there came a good rain. We needed it.
So dry here. Turned on he wipers - dead! Checked the fuse - again it was
blown. So - there is a short somewhere. Just  got to test, test, test
'til i find it. Sure is frustrating, but nothing to do but stay on the
problem until it's found.  Maybe this time around the problem can be
located in fairly short order and a permanent fix applied.
