Hi,
  My daughter works at the VA in blind rehabilitation.  One of her
colleagues has a client who works on small engines and would like a
tachometer that talks when he adjusts carburetors and sets idle
speeds.
  I have a talking tire gauge from Radio Shack and have seen talking
voltmeters.  Does anyone know of a talking tachometer?
