What's the List wisdom on aluminum fuel rails?

I often find my mind wandering to the original plastic fuel rails in my
Vanagon. How much longer could they possibly hold up, a week, 10 years? I
dunno.

On a quick search I just saw some aluminum fuel rails at Van-Cafe and
GoWesty for $48 ea.

Seems like a no-brainer.

Does anyone have experience with these aluminum fuel rails or something from
another vendor?
