Nothing special.  Use a normal houshold glue.

Subject: Proper adhesive for engine compartment seal

Finally scored a new seal for the engine compartment.  One long piece of
extruded rubber.  I have to assume that there's something that holds it in
place.  What's the proper type of adhesive for this application?  Are there
special considerations regarding engine heat here?
