have you been asking for 'jetta diesel tach' ..?
that's what you want..
it wouldn't be a diesel tach for an AAZ engine ..
it would be a jetta/rabbit car diesel tach ..
like what came in say and 86  car .even Quantum with a 1.6 TD.

if you are just asking junkyards for a tach for an AAZ engine ..
most wouldn't know what you really need.
heck...
there have been thousands of times in my life where I knew, and often found.
stuff they said they didn't have.
I don't even call and ask on the phone..
most of them are not that smart ..
and don't know what they really have, or what really fits what.

but if you ask by car..
I'd say any jetta/rabbit/quantum car that had a pre-chamber  ( non -TDI )
engine..
16., 1.6 TD, 1.9 , 1.9 TD ....
that tach.
