YEP Kim, that is exactly what it looks like.  THANX for a clear and concise
explanation.  However, the PO must have used some new-fangled snap that did
not require a screw, which means  it fits real tight, and therefore will
need some especially clever tool to reach between the grill and not break
anything when removing.  Maybe a tightly bent blade of a common screwdriver?
