. . . to keep stuff from tumbling out when I open the rear hatch?

Does anyone make one that snaps across the opening? I'm not interested
in the visual covers that roller blind across the top of the luggage,
I'm interested in a net that keeps things like axes and wheel chocks
from falling on my feet.
