First see if the valve is still there.

97.138 track 13, look for voltage at the valve fed direct from the
relay that controls the clutch.  If yes, check its ground, if voltage
then bad ground.  If supply and ground both good then bad
valve.  Note, T4a on track thirteen I suspect is actually T1a...
