Well, we all know that the Vanagon cooling system has WAY more capacity
than is required for the stock engine.  All we need now is a transaxle
that can withstand 1,000 horsepower and enough sound-deadening material
to muffle a 14,000 RPM engine - California smog-legal, of course.  Could
be Stephan's next project. Stage 15?
