It is a rich mixture,maybe the psi regulator allowing a bit too much?

Yellow flame can indicate inadequate air supply, or inadequate exhaust (a
partially blocked exhaust that prevents venting would also prevent air flow,
and so cause poor combustion just as a blocked air intake would).

So, maybe check that?
