Google Yakima Boat Loader. It's a slide out extension that fits inside
the Yakima tubes. Cheap easy solution. Makes the rack 2 feet wider than
the Van (temporarily). So you put the boat up half-at-a-time. I use a
one step folding stool to give me the reach I need
