No, but I would like to blow a whole box of used pumps to kingdom come, and several new ones along with them. I just installed the third rebuilt pump, and it's crap. All three worked - pumped the luid round and round, helped with steering as they should, but my stars they are loud. Whine, whine, whine. The minute you turn the wheel to increase the load, they wold start to whine - LOUDLY!!! Is it just me, or is it crummy rebuilds. One from my FLAPS (rebuilder unknown), one Beck-Arnley, and now one through NAPA rebuilt by Cardone. I know good and well these pumps are not supposed to whine this way. They should whine when the wheel is turned to the stops - but not from neutral to the stops. There ain't no way! These pumps should be quiet until the wheel nears or reaches the turn limit. Anyone have any ideas or comments?
