By the time someone is selling salvaged parts, it's too late; the blue foil
is one of the most popular parts out there.

Keep an eye out for someone parting out a van.  Call quick.  That's what I
did, and I scored a complete dash pod for a (fairly) reasonable $200.

Watch CL for a sad van; you may have to purchase the entire van and keep the
smaller bits that'll prove useful down the line.  The older vans are not
worth nearly as much as the sum of their parts.
