I noticed this one also on the samba classifieds.

Check the owner's comments about how the tranny "catches" between 3rd and 4th.

Kinda sounds the 3-4 slider hub is cracked.

Subject: Spotted on eBay--check out the plumbing

I ran across this Vanagon on eBay. What intrigued me is the the "heater control" on the dash. Or is it a bleeder?

Also, I was trying to figure out what the yellow lever controls in the engine compartment. Note that it's Subaru powered.
