Just purchased a 1985 Vanagon with a Webasto HL18 air heater under the back seat. Does anyone know how to get it going? Or does anyone have an owners manual?

Info:
-- There is a timer/start control on the dash that has a flashing clock with an arrow on each side of it and then a 1, 2 & ‘flame’ buttons below.
-- Also a thermostat dial located by the back seat
