Hello gang! I have a 1980 westfalia interior in my 1985 sunroof bus that I am planning to soon move to my 1987 sunroof syncro. In the sunroof bus, I had all the little riser nuts meticulously cut out and welded into the floor. I hope to not do that on the syncro though (I don't really want to weld on this bus....). What's the trick? I remember hearing of someone using long bolts with a nut on the other side. What about for the rear of the rear seat? These bolts are precariously positioned for installation in a syncro. One bolt comes out in the wheel well, but the other would be inaccessibly over the gas tank. I'm just trying to plan ahead and think this out to make everything go simply. What have people done? -Craig '85 GL turned Westy Bostig in Back '87 SUNROOF Syncro '90 Carat (still in someone elses driveway)
