Hi all.

Before my gig started tonight, a young musician co-worker asked if I
knew how to work on cars. Turns out he's interested in learning how to
work on cars or motorcycles. From what I can tell, he knows very
little. In asking how best to get started, I emphasized he learn about
safety, procedure, and correct use of tools. I also suggested the 'net
would be a great resource. Problem is, the 'net can be a source of mis
information too.

I trust the listers here so......

Any recommends of websites, email lists or forums for a young lad
curious of learning about cars? I realize this is one of them, but it
may be that he's leaning towards motorcycles. (classic older types).
