Gotta be crafty when yer on a fixed income.

I use cheap-ass levels purchased as a pair from Big Lots.  Pried
bubbles from plastic holders, one glued to the driver door, t'other on
the lip of the dash below the leftside defroster outlet.

No pricey "smartphone", no monthly charges, i forget how much the
"app" cost me, them been stuck there for so many years.
