Thanks for the replies I received. It looks like I need to pull the
injectors and see if they are spraying.

Just to confirm - yes I do have spark and I am sure the pump is running.

So, if the injectors aren't spraying so far I see that I should look at the
Hall Sender or possibly wiring or a ground to the injectors themselves.
Anything else I should look at?

Any tricks or warnings in pulling those injectors (I've never done it
before)?
