My syncro will be sitting the winter, likely without it's engine and
transmission in it.
Any advice on how to let it sit?
I will be parking it on a concrete slab outside. Should it be up on blocks
with the wheels off?
I have a car cover for it, is a car cover just going to hold in moisture?
Windows open?

Obviously battery out and stabil in the fuel tank.

Any thoughts?
