Oops.  Thanks for the memory jog.  I am actually taking out the fridge and
converting it into storage, and adding a stand alone electric low energy
fridge in it's place. Consequently. the propane will only be used for the
stove.  It sound like I can go quite a while on a tank.  Thanks! Very
helpful.

The tank holds about 48 hours run time for one burner, based on rated
5200 BTU/hr.  The fridge will run about three weeks in moderate
weather, based on experience and with no stove use.
