Thanks to Alistar and David I found what we did wrong - Thank you.

Now I have a couple more questions:

1. What fuse should the power source to the front blower come from?

2. When I used a random power source to test things all I can get from the
blower is a smal minute noise that tells me that the blower is at least
doing "something" but it's not running. I know that blower worked fine in
the '90. So is it for some reason not getting the proper amount of power or
did nearly 2 years of sitting freeze the blower motor up?

I'd hate to have to pull that dash again (even thought it's not all that
bad). If it is the motor seized then I have to crack open the darn heater
box to get at it.
