What do you mean by "nursing". Are they wrong for what you need or are they defective? If defective replace them before the boil over, burned out alternator, fried wiring, or tow home happens. I drive a Vanagon because someone introduced me to the joys of Vanagon camping many years ago, and ever since then, I can't live without it. Lola is my joy in life, also my nemesis when she is acting up. In a lot of ways, she is like a child that I have agreed to accept responsibility for. When she is good, she is oh so good, and when she is bad, she's horrid *smile* So I'm still nursing those Napa batteries along, one of these days I'll get around to replacing both of them. In the meantime, there is a New Year's camping trip to prepare for. Decided on South Beach State Park, just South of Newport, Oregon, within walking distance of the Rogue Brewery. I can do the primitive camping thing in the summer but in the winter, I want my creature comforts. Heat is nice, so is light. The days ARE getting longer, but it's still dark from 5 pm to 7:30 am or so. Weather on the Oregon coast is forecast to be pleasant this weekend. So looking forward to getting out for a few days! As the year draws to a close, I wanted to say Thank You to everyone on this list who posts and who has helped me over the past 5 years or so. When I have a problem I know who I can go to. That is priceless, and I appreciate each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart. Have a fabulous New Year!
