I recently started taking insulin, so toast is something I can think about for the first time in a decade. Of course I want to figure out how to make it in the Westy. My wife has made it with tongs over a flame (with many dropped and burned casualties) and on a griddle. I have been looking online at several types of toasters that might fit the Westy grill. 

As it is with many things, the more a stovetop toaster costs, the lower it is rated by people who have actually bought and used it. The cheapest and highest rated is this at campmor:

It folds flat, a big Westy plus, and it's cheap enough not to disappoint if it doesn't work. 

This is $4.00. The ones on the marine sites cost ten times that, don't fold and are rated poorly by users. 

Can anyone speak for the item linked above?
