LOL. You didn't even bother to read the link you posted, which clearly
says "Affected are 1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engines on 1998
to 2004 Passats and 1997 to 2004 A4s."

As I pointed out, those are the _longitudinal_ 1.8T engines.
