I was searching the web and found this link:

It shows a modification to the vanagon "speed sensor" that allegedly
cures the deceleration cutout problem.
I always thought the box it refers to was a counter to trip the OXY
light - not a speed sensor.

Unfortunately there is not much in the way of explanation in the text of
the webpage.
Does anyone have any comments on this mod, and if it might be worth a try?
