Rear Brakes .. I'll be upgrading my rear drums in mid-February and could make my old parts available, but not before then.

Well, today I got my "Project New Bus" back from inspection.... failed.
Things I need that I can't seem to source locally are Front Passanger and Drivers Side Steps (Sheet metal) cut from a donor bus. CIP1 has one side in stock and the other isn't.... so used is my only option (unless anyone knows of a different source of bus metal).
Any chance anyone has a donor bus with (relatively) rust free steps they could cut and ship?

I also need front shocks. I can buy these new, but perhaps someone has upgraded theirs and has a good set lying around that they're regularly tripping over? This is a 1990 2wd. Or at least any suggestions on which shocks to buy? (There are many options. If i'm buying them, I want to buy the right ones).

Low budget build.

I also need some rear brake drums that are in spec. I may be able to source these locally though.

Please respond off list with anything you can help with.
