A muffler shop should be able to make a piece for you. They can get the flanges and weld up a pipe for you. After spending all day with a client, I got in van, fired up the engine only to hear a louder than normal purr from the engine. When I got back to Macon found a crack just ahead of the O2-sensor socket in my S&S exhaust system. This piece runs between the section which joins the headers and the catalytic converter. Looks like it could be an easy replacement, but I understand that S&S Headers no longer exists. Does anyone have this part? Has anyone had this problem and was able to weld it back together? BTW, Other than the original muffler, the S&S headers have worked w/o problems for over ten years. John Macon, GA
