Sigh. 
You must convert it to diesel and ensure you get the right glow plugs, then we can have a serious conversation at the next camp-out. 

Be sure to bring the best-before date code for your tired tires as well as the complete history of fuel consumption over the past 10 years so we can agree on how inefficient the wasserboxer is compared to even the stock 1.6NA diesel before we get into TD or TDI conversions.
